For what purposes does Amusnet Interactive process your personal data?
Amusnet Interactive will process your personal data for marketing activities and social media communication.

Article 5(1)(d) of Regulation 2018/1725 (the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;).

Who are the recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data?
We use social media to provide information about and promote Amusnet Interactive through widely-used channels: Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. The use of social media does not in any way imply endorsement of their privacy policies. In the event that one or more social media are unavailable, Amusnet Interactive accepts no responsibility for lack of service due to their downtime. We recommend that users read the Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube privacy policies. Each company explains its policy of data collection and processing, its use of data, user rights and the ways in which users can protect their privacy when using these services.

How can you exercise your rights?
You have the right to request access to your personal data. You also have the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not have retroactive effect (processing of your personal data based on your consent before withdrawal is lawful up to the moment when you withdraw your consent).
Where applicable, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. Where applicable, you have the right to receive your personal data provided to the controller or to have your personal data transmitted directly to another controller.
You may exercise your rights by making a written request to Amusnet Interactive on the contact details provided in this Notice in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. If necessary, Amusnet Interactive will provide you with full assistance in exercising the rights granted to you.
If you have any doubts that your personal data is not being processed lawfully by Amusnet Interactive, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent data protection supervisory authority listed below in this Notice.

How long are your personal data processed and stored?
Your data (excluding audio and video recordings that have been published) will be processed and stored for no more than 6 (six) months.
Your audio and video recordings that have been published on the web will remain in that format indefinitely.

Are your personal data transferred to a third country (non-EU Member State)?
No.

Are personal data collected used for automated decision-making, including profiling?
No.
